The minimum duration of your stay if you need the reservation of accommodation is 3 months (which reflects the minimum terms of the contracts with the landlords).

Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing the services you have booked. They will therefore be passed on to landlords &/or other people involved in your stay. They will not be passed on to anybody else.

Allondres will help you with your job search thanks to the different services made available to you and depending on the ones you choose to book if any. But Allondres cannot guarantee that you will be able to find a suitable placement/job as it is down to each individual and down to your ability to adapt and pass interviews (which are not guaranteed either).

You are responsible for obtaining your own interviews.

For my clients who booked the "Greeting" please make sure that you can carry your suitcases yourself as I cannot carry them under any circumstances. If you cannot carry your own suitcases you will be required to take a taxi at your own cost.

Allondres advises you to get the European Health Insurance Card which replaces the E111.

Allondres will take all reasonable steps to make your relocation easier but will not be liable for any claims, costs, expenses or losses (whether indirect or consequential) suffered by you as a result of the performance or the non performance of this contract, save for death or personal injury caused by Allondres' negligence.

Our contract is governed by English laws and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

The English version shall prevail over the French version in our documentation.
*the availability of your required arrival date.
*the availability of your chosen services.
*the exact amount to be made payable
*confirmation that your booking form has been received.
*an invoice showing the breakdown and the final amount to be paid.

The accomodation are all flatshares.

Allondres will visit the rooms before any placement but cannot be held responsible for the state and condition of the premises (flatmates who didn't do the dishes or clean for example) or the Health and Safety measures in place.

Allondres will not be held responsible should the accommodation not be to your taste as taste is subjective to each individual (interior decoration, flatmates or number of rooms for example). Flatshares in London do not always have a living room especially in zone 2.

Twin rooms are very popular and are therefore not always available. Please note that even if you are 2 friends, your room could be a room with a double bed.

Allondres will not be responsible for any other tenants who live in the property and the way they behave.

The number of flatmates depends on the property and may vary from 3 to 10 people.

The landlord can replace any tenant with another one from any nationality.

Please note that the standard of the rooms in London is not always equivalent to French standards.

The duration of the contracts is normally 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the landlord. You will be required to sign a contract with the landlord on arrival. Keep a copy for reference. The contract is between you and the landlord and must be read with attention. Allondres cannot intervene or influence the landlord in any way. Please ask your landlord the notice period you have to give before leaving the accommodation. If you leave before the end of the contract or if you do not give enough notice you may lose your deposit unless you can find a replacement.

Allondres does not deal with and cannot intervene in matters involving deposit recovery. It is your duty and responsibility to get your deposit back from the landlord / property manager.

If you do not adhere to the contract you risk eviction.

Allondres will take your preferences into account but they cannot be guaranteed as it will depend on availibilities.

Allondres cannot guarantee that all persons travelling together will be placed in the same accommodation as it will depend on availabilities at the time of your arrival.

The zone cannot be guaranteed but will be zone 2 or 3.

The area cannot be guaranteed.

Should you at any time during your stay wish to change accommodation it is your responsibility so you cannot involve Allondres. Once more you need to check the notice period you have to give.

If you have any problem with the accommodation you can ask Allondres for advice but it is up to the landlord to resolve the problem so you should contact him. Allondres cannot influence his decisions in any way.

Your address and any other information will be given to you 1 to 2 weeks before your arrival.

Do not forget to bring a duvet or thick cover and linen as well as towels as these are not normally provided for hygiene reasons. (the size of the bed will be given to you nearer the time of your arrival).

Please do not arrive at your accommodation after 6PM.

Pets are not allowed in any accommodation.

Should you cause any damage to the property you will be required to pay for any expenditure which result from these damages.

You agree to remain honest and decent towards your landlord.

Allondres is not responsible for any theft to your belongings in the accommodation or anywhere else. It is down to you to take the necessary precautions.

You will have to adhere to the contract you sign with the landlord on arrival and make all due payments to him.

Finding you accommodation will depend on the following :
* your personal requirements and how strict they are.
* the time of year you are coming and the letting market.
* the documents you have provided.
