between 10h et 15h

|
|
We can book a large array of flatshare accomodation.
- All properties are flatshare.
- They are located in zone 2
- Fully furnished
- WIFI access is not available in all properties
- Tenants are from any nationalities.
|
In general, contracts vary between 3, 6 and 12 months and need to be signed on moving in. Please make sure you read your contract thoroughly and understand it. Keep a copy for future reference as the contract is between you and the landlord. You will be responsible for getting your deposit back. Your address will be given 1 or 2 weeks before your arrival.
|
The deposit varies according to the property. I therefore ask you to add £400 to the payment owed to Allondres. This £400 will be given to the landlord to reserve the accommodation and will be deducted from the deposit you owe him. For example:
- If the deposit is £450 and the first month rent £500, £50 from the deposit will remain to be paid on arrival as well as £500 for the first month.
- If the deposit is £300 and the first month rent £375, the deposit will have been paid in full which only leaves you with £275 to pay on arrival.
